Prudential were established as a Mutual Assurance and Loan Association in 1848. Today they are an international financial services company with a product range which extends from insurance, pensions and retail investments, to institutional fund management and property investments.
Across the Group they have £260 billion of funds under management and significant operations in the UK, the US and Asia. They employ over 26,000 people and had identified the need to demonstrate that relevant training was being delivered to comply with regulatory requirements and to use the same platform for other company training.
The Learning Management System supports the training needs for all UK staff and has been continually enhanced to meet changing business requirements. The company has invested much of its own time and imagination in designing and planning improvements to the system supported by Jigsaw to produce customisations to meet customer needs.
