NSN are a global supplier of network products and services which addresses the explosive growth of network and Internet traffic, both in terms of bandwidth and subscribers.

NSN therefore focus on helping their customers address the transition towards a simplified network architecture enabled through innovative, environmentally sustainable solutions that enable rapid growth.

This new company was formed from divisions of two companies with very different cultures so the need to establish a unified processes to was paramount in supporting the development of the company.

The project was one of the largest implementations we have managed with 60000 users worldwide This was a hugely complicated implementation with a very large vendor and customer project team.

Key to the projects success was the need to design and implement a complicated multi cultural review process.
