BT was one of the first customers for Software as a Service (SAAS) Performance Management system in the UK.
Due to a major re-organisation, we were called in to redesign/configure the existing implementation.
What was needed was an improvement in usability of the system by reducing processes with high complexity and improving the quality of goal management data and performance reviews.
They used this exercise to encourage more discussions on performance management and re-define their whole process.
The system has been delivered worldwide to 8000 users.
Modules implemented include Goal Management, Performance Management and Employee Profile.
The result has been a well received simplified system with detailed reporting that meets the needs of business.
