AIB Group

AIB Group is one of Ireland's leading financial services companies. They have a strategy to do this by bringing its customers a distinctive combination of best products from themselves or by using third party suppliers where appropriate. The best service with dependability at its heart, the best relationships built by knowledgeable and engaging employees and, finally, the best delivery with a wide range of channels available to its customers accessing their services.

The Initial project was to implement online PM to try to create a level of common practice across different divisions with significant differences in outlook and approach.

A second stage delivered further refinements for future growth. They have 15000 users based in the ROI and the UK Both PM & TGM have been implemented through a single process to divisions wishing to maintain their individual cultures. Some standardisation was agreed but each division maintains its own distinctive flavour.

Of key importance was acceptance of the new processes whilst maintaining a common approach.
